So I bought a National Trust membership last year. Mainly because a good friend now runs the National Trust cafe Sandleigh at Baggy Point Croyde and I wasn’t paying car park fees every time I went to visit her! But in the depths of Winter the wind swept beaches of North Devon aren’t the best places to cure family cabin fever. So wrapped up warm and wellies on we paced through the the moss covered woods of Arlington Court the perfect cure for a hungover husband and house saviour to cabin fever children who have great fun running through every room in the house like a toy whirl wind!!
(Oh and I did balance out the image that comes with having a national trust membership by taking the whole family to see Plan B at the Eden project – to try and keep a little bit of the pre kids me alive)!!
